REFUND POLICY

REDES Y DESARROLLOS ELENOX S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“GREXCOIN”)

Grexcoin is a technology platform that helps you organize and control your USDT purchases, but it does not hold or custody your funds. Due to the nature of digital assets and blockchain operations, refunds are exceptional cases and are reviewed under clear rules.

1. Scope of the Policy

1.1 This policy applies solely to payments made to Grexcoin for the use of its software, panel, and technological services.

1.2 It does not apply to losses, errors, or transactions carried out from your own wallets, nor to operations conducted on exchanges, banks, or other third parties unrelated to Grexcoin.

2. Payments Eligible and Not Eligible for Refund

2.1 Grexcoin may only consider refunds for:

2.1.1 Charges made directly by Grexcoin for licenses, subscriptions, Panel access, or other technological services.

2.1.2 Cases where there is a verifiable failure in the provision of the contracted technological service (for example, if the Panel is not activated or the contracted functionalities are not enabled).

2.2 Grexcoin cannot refund or recover:

2.2.1 Funds sent from your wallets to third parties or to addresses defined by you.

2.2.2 Blockchain transactions, as they are irreversible and fully dependent on the networks and tools you use.

2.2.3 Losses due to market volatility or changes in the value of USDT.

3. Situations That May Lead to a Review

3.1 We may review your refund request in the following situations:

3.1.1 Duplicate charge for the same Grexcoin service.

3.1.2 Administrative or technical error by Grexcoin that prevents basic use of the Panel or the contracted functionalities.

3.1.3 Inability to access the service for a significant period attributable to Grexcoin, and not to your equipment, connection, or external providers.

3.2 In all cases, an internal review will be conducted before approving or denying any refund.

4. Situations Where There Will Be No Refund

4.1 In general, refunds will not be granted when:

4.1.1 The error results from incorrect data entered by the User (addresses, networks, amounts, etc.).

4.1.2 The blockchain transaction was executed correctly, even if the outcome is not what the User expected.

4.1.3 There is a change of mind after paying for the service.

4.1.4 There are issues with wallets, exchanges, or third-party platforms used by the User.

4.1.5 Misuse of the platform, breach of the Terms and Conditions, or suspicious activities are detected.

4.2 Fees charged by banks, payment processors, blockchain networks, or other external intermediaries are also non-refundable.

5. Procedure to Submit a Refund Request

5.1 If you believe your case falls under any of the situations described above, please email asesor@grexcoin.com within 5 business days following the payment or the detection of the issue.

5.2 Your email must include:

5.2.1 The name and email address used to register with Grexcoin.

5.2.2 Payment date and description of the contracted service.

5.2.3 Proof of payment (screenshot, reference, receipt).

5.2.4 A clear description of what occurred and the reason for requesting the refund.

5.3 If additional information is required, Grexcoin may request further details before continuing with the review.

6. Analysis, Resolution, and Execution of the Refund

6.1 Grexcoin will analyze your request and the information related to the payment and the service provided.

6.2 You will be informed whether the refund is approved or denied within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account possible validations with payment providers.

6.3 If approved, the refund will preferably be made through the same payment method you used or another method agreed upon with you, considering the timelines and policies of external intermediaries.

6.4 Grexcoin reserves the right to deny refunds when the request does not comply with this policy or when there are indications of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.

6.5 Our team will handle each case with seriousness, confidentiality, and a focus on protecting both the User and the platform.
